The company is excellent the way around, in quality and speediness! This is my 2nd order and I'm able to get stuff that the AA.org site not carry. My orders usually get to me with a week and come well packaged. Best part... there's always a small gift included in my order, usually a bookmark! I will continue to purchase from this company. Btw, their medallions are awesome!! I have yet to order one, but I am eyeing them for a special occasion. They also have plenty of NA stuff. Books, pamphlets, bookmarks, cards, jewelry, etc..
