How do I create an account?

To create a RecoveryShop account, visit My Account / Order Status.

Enter your email address, choose the option to create a new customer account, and follow the prompts to complete your account setup.

Your RecoveryShop account can be used to review order history, check order status, and manage your customer information.

RecoveryShop keeps customer information private and does not sell personal information. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

How do I edit my account information?

To update your RecoveryShop account information, visit My Account / Order Status and log into your account.

From your account, you can review and update the customer information associated with your RecoveryShop account.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your RecoveryShop account password, go to My Account / Order Status and select the Forgot Password option.

Enter the email address associated with your RecoveryShop account and follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.

If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the email address associated with your account.
