Shipping & Deliveries

We work to ship orders quickly while providing realistic delivery expectations. Processing time is the time RecoveryShop needs to prepare and ship your order. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package.

When Will My Order Ship?

Regular eligible in-stock orders placed before 2:30 PM EST Monday through Friday usually ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays usually ship the next business day.

Personalized and Engraved Items

Personalized and engraved items are usually processed within one business day. These items are not covered by the 2:30 PM same-day shipping guideline.

Some specialty engraved items require painting or additional finishing and may take an additional business day to process.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Economy, Standard, Premium, and Expedited shipping options may display estimated delivery times at checkout.

These estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless the selected service specifically states otherwise.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other conditions outside RecoveryShop's control can affect delivery times.

Expedited Shipping

Choosing an Expedited shipping option speeds up carrier transit time, but it does not change the order's processing time.

Personalized, engraved, painted, or other specialty items may still require additional processing before shipment.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, tracking information is included with the shipment confirmation. Carrier tracking may take some time to update after the package is shipped.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But My Package Is Missing

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 24 hours after the delivery scan. Carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery, and the package may arrive the next day.

If it still has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact RecoveryShop and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.

Delayed Packages

If tracking has not updated or your package appears to be delayed in transit, please contact RecoveryShop. We will review the tracking information and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing from your order or you received an incorrect item, please contact RecoveryShop as soon as possible so we can review the order and help correct the issue.

Backorders

Backordered items ship as soon as the product is back in stock.

If only part of an order is available, the available items may ship first and the remaining backordered items will ship separately when they become available.

International Shipping

RecoveryShop ships internationally to select countries.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the destination and order. Carrier availability may vary by country and package requirements.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import charges in addition to the shipping charges paid to RecoveryShop.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in RecoveryShop's shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

International Delivery Times

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guarantees, and customs delays may extend delivery beyond the original estimate.

International Tracking

International tracking availability and detail vary by carrier and destination. Tracking updates may become less frequent during customs processing or after a package is transferred to a local delivery carrier.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or delivery problems. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact RecoveryShop as soon as possible.
