I recently finished one order and then realized that I had forgotten to add something else.  I said , after I got mad at myself, since shipping charges will have to be applied to both orders; but wait, the staff caught the additional order, combined them both into one "package",  let me know about it via an  email, and then sent everything out.  I could NOT be happier or more please with the service!
