5 of 5 product review Monday, October 5, 2026
Reviewer: joseph snyder from Holyoke, MA United States
i ordered a custom one month sobriety medallion for a member in my A.A. group (female) after submitting the order, approximately an hour later i realized i made a mistake on the engraving. i called and spoke to Tom G. not only did i get to talk to a human he personally looked up the order, corrected it and said it would be shipped that day. i received it within a couple of days.i did order priority mail to be safe however there was no need because of the fast service at the RS, so the postal service got me for a few bucks. i will be presenting the medallion on 09/07/2026. thank you a customer for life. (one day at a time)  joe s.

I have bought this coin in the past and I as well as the women who receive it are in awe of it. Every thing I buy here is of great quality, that's why I've been a customer for years.

5 of 5 Excellent service Sunday, February 1, 2026
Reviewer: Dean L from loxahatchee, FL United States
I ordered a Women in Recovery for my friend Ashley,  it's her upcoming 3rd AA anniversary. I was told when the order would be delivered,  it was prompt and arrived unmutilated like the U.S.P.S.
I urge everyone to order from here- you won't be disappointed and neither will your recipient.
Thank you again for excellent, service.
