I am disappointed it does not stay hot it must be meant for cold coffee I put hot water in it to see how long it would stay hot. Its a nice mug because it say Bill & Bob
otherwise I would have sent it back. I'll put it on the shelve

This is such an awesome travel mug! Of course I love the recovery aspect of it - but, beyond that it is just perfect. It fits in all my cup holders nicely, the top is genius with a simple and sturdy open/close, and the mouth/drinking area is perfectly shaped to prevent drips and “over shoots” (aka too much comes out and overflows your mouth onto your clothing!). Thanks for offering such a great product at a reasonable price!

It's a nice mug, but it's a bit large for my hands. Its smooth finish will slip out of my dry hands and make a mess. I also hesitate to gift it to ladies with small hands.
