I was very surprised to find out that the medallion could be converted to a key ring for only $1.25. It is an incredible value. Not only is there a split ring supplied, but also a very robust link. That usually is the weak link. (Pun intended.) Considering that they also drill the hole and assemble the product for $1.25, We are now going forward and ordering more medallions with this added value.

This is a great idea.  Since a ring might not be needed for every medallion, having a choice that just cuts the hole in the medallion would be nice.

Bought these for pre-graduation from a rehab facility.  They were beautiful, the keychain was the added touch.  Can also add AA chips to keychain as well.  Loved by recipients and entire staff.  Would order again
