Customer service is excellent, our books came in excellent shipping box. I thought our books weren't going to get here in time. The Recovery Shop expedited another order of books with no charge. I received both orders. I sent on of the boxes back with no charge. These people are awesome people to work with,

Every time I placed an order with Recovery Shop my merchandise arrived on time, exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. I like the change to the cover since last order.  This change was a good idea.  No more lost or destroyed book covers.
