My order arrived quickly and was packaged well. Nothing was missing, and I especially appreciated the free "10 Minutes at a Time" chip; a newcomer had shared that they had been having a hard time with even making it through an hour at a time on some days, so I gave them the chip and they were very happy to have it as a reminder.
