This double-wall hot beverage tumbler comes with a snap-on, flip-top lid and a 20-ounce capacity. It is great for keeping your hot beverages at temperature and has a tapered design allowing for a comfortable fit in most automotive drink cup holders. It's a nice mug, but it's a bit large for my hands. Its smooth finish will slip out of my dry hands and make a mess. I also hesitate to gift it to ladies with small hands.

I can't rate this travel mug because it may be just me in my dissatisfaction.
I can't put hot coffee in the mug and drink it, as there is NO GRIP and I am concerned about dropping it!
I'm sorry, but I can not and am not using it, and don't wish to give it away to someone else who could be harmed by it! You should have some sort of hand grip on it, or a warning that it is a very smooth exterior, hard to hold.

They are exactly what they were advertised often the product is different from the pictures I feel this site is very personal and I think that is very important especially nowadays when alot of websites are very clinical and impersonal.
