Got mine as a gift for 6 months soberity, mom got me the ocean gray, it was the talk of my big book study, I also got my best friend the burgundy one as a gift he loves it. Great quality, and really keeps your books in better condition. Had mine for about 2 and a half years now, and my books are better for it.

I placed an order for an AA Book and Double Book cover. I received an email that my order shipped via USPS and included tracking number. When I attempted to track the shipment nothing came up. I contacted RS and informed them of the situation. They too were unable to track the shipment. The gentleman I spoke with apologized for the situation and stated he would send a new shipment out the next day to me. Lo and behold USPS delivered the original shipment late that evening. I  wanted to reciprocate their excellent customer service and called them first thing in the am to cancel shipping the replacement order. A win / win situation for all of us.

Book covers that I bought are of excellent quality !  I am quite pleased with everything I purchased.
The engraved chips, to go in the covers, that I received are just perfect.   Ordering was easy, quick and shipped in full.  Will continue to purchase from Recovery Shop.

Bought as a gift for my sponsee
Excellent customer service as the tri plate was missing in the original order, I contacted RS and reveived the tri plate within two days... Very pleased with the call center service representative who handled this situation with professionalism and expedience.
