I write this not for my recent orders, but for ALL the orders that I have purchased over the past 20 years+. Whenever I have called, your service is top notch and everyone on your staff has great manners, something that is in short supply these days. I am treated with respect and never feel like I am being rushed off the phone. If I communicate by e-mail, a reply is sent in most times, the same day. Your orders are always correct, well packed with quality products and shipping is timely. In addition, your prices are better than other sites. I could not ask for more!
