I originally received the 10 minute chip as an extra gift from the company. Upon seeing the chip it reminded me of something I would tell newcomers even though mine was 5 mins at a time. I decided to get these to give out to newcomers with the same message I have had for almost 40 yrs of sobriety. Thank you
