I have been a customer for a good number of years and
have never had an unpleasant or less than totally satisfying interaction with the folks working there,
particularly with Tom. he has always demonstrated an enthusiasm in all of our dealings over the years. He was particularly helpful when I was in search of a plaque to commemorate a donation I had made of a 911 memorial flag to an organization which hosts 12 step meetings as well as Veterans services. I was very happy with the outcome. I believe in loyalty to any business I am a client of as the best way of showing my satisfaction. There may be some place out there that is offering some of the items I purchase for a lower price but I don't even bother to check. I'm satisfied with the value I receive each and every time.

I purchased this coin as a presentation to a Friend of Bills. The price was inexpensive, the quality of the coin was excellent, and the buying experience was easy, and convenient. The coin arrived within several days and in plenty of time. I've ordered multiple times from the Recovery Emporium, as well as the newer Recovery Shop. And I will continue to do so, as needed, God willin' and the creek don't rise.  :-)
